If you are interested in constructing a Vajira House, you have to check the designs available with us and select a design which suits your requirements and budget.

Thereafter you have to make an initial payment of (No Reservation fee ) to start work.


The prices are subject to change every month because of the escalating prices of building materials & transport but once you make the initial payment, the price will not change.

No additional cost would be charged from the customer for outstation projects.

After the first payment initial work gets activated and our Engineers will come to your land for the site inspection. Once they come-up with their site visit report, our Architects will draw your house design. At this stage you can talk to our Architects & do the necessary alterations. Once your house design is complete it will be transferred to the Quantity Surveying Division to do the detailed Bill of Quantities.

Down payment for a house – 25%of the of the house value (single storied)

Down payment for a house – 20%of the of the house value (Two storied)

A loan can be arranged for the balance to be paid in a monthly installment.

We can arrange a Bank Loan for the balance, provided that your income is adequate.

You may remit the initial payment to the following Bank Account.
