It is worthwhile to find out the best option available for you. This is an area where we are very flexible, in order to get you the most comfortable facility. Should a bank loan be necessary, depending on your level of income,
we can speedily arrange it for your convenience.

We can arrange a Bank Loan for the balance, provided that your income is adequate. We are arranging housing loans through State Mortgage Bank with in 4 days. you can go up to a maximum loan period of 5 to 20 years.

To arrange the bank loan you need to provide following documents
1. Salary Particulars (Salary Slips, Confirmation Letters, Bank Statements etc.)
2. Original Deed
3. Survey Plan
4. I.D. Card Copy

(If working abroad)

5. NRFC Account (if working abroad)
6. Job contract letter
7. Visa copy
8. Passport copy
9. Job permits
10. Salary confirmation letter
11. Salary slips (Last 6 months)
12. Bank Statements (Last 6 months)

If abroad, you will be able to deal with a 5 year loan period while you will be able to deal with a 10 year loan period if you have professional Qualifications.

In the event you fail to pay the loan due to death or permanent disability, we will bear your burden by going an extra mile to pay the Bank Loan on time and release your mortgage.

WE PAY YOUR BANK LOAN IN EMERGENCIES

Now Vajira customers need not worry about the loans or loan instalments, as we guarantee that your loan instalments are paid on time in the event of a death or permanent disability of the customer. After all they have taken their loan by mortgaging their valuable properties.
As an ethical company we take upon the added responsibility, of our own will to settle the balance loan amount within one month and release the mortgage of the customer on behalf of the customer’s family.
Thereafter we will be handing over the deed to the next of kin of the diseased customer, at our office premises.
